All verges cut to same size to ensure all finished cooking together.

Eggy bread - french toast

Eggy bread - easy peasy brunch or snack, and healthy for a growing body too.

Dipping any bread into beaten egg and milk...
...stacking on a plate to transport to frypan....lessss messss!

Gently into hot oil in hot pan ...sizzling nicely...

Good cooking...
Making sure bottom is getting cooked evenly...

For good golden colour...

First to finish - a little on the pale side

Out of the frying pan...ready for toppings and good enough to eat!
