Bread & butter the old fashioned way

  Making bread and butter - damper - the old fashioned way

Measuring out flour ....
  




And baking powder...

Salt ...


And mix...add water and...


Mix, then knead and into the oven.

 After 20 minutes...out of the oven

The finished product looked like this...

And this....

Then we made our own butter...By adding a little salt to some cream...

And shaking the jar of cream until it separated into butter and buttermilk...

And we had our very own fresh butter to spread on our bread buns.
